We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented ASM/RSM to drive B2B business development and market expansion across the healthcare sector. The role will focus on building relationships with hospitals, identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and driving end-to-end sales for our healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive B2B sales and business development across hospitals and healthcare institutions. Identify and generate recent leads through market mapping, networking, references and targeted outreach.

Build and maintain relationships with hospital management, CXOs, doctors and key decision-makers.

Develop new accounts and expand business within existing accounts.

Conduct product presentations, solution discussions and commercial negotiations.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → qualification → demo → negotiation → closure.

Develop territory-wise market strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets. Track market trends, competitor activity and emerging healthcare opportunities.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and regular business reports.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
