Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies for home healthcare services.
- Build strong relationships with corporate hospitals, doctors, nursing teams and hospital management.
- Regularly meet doctors and healthcare professionals to generate patient referrals.
- Must have exposure to meeting specialists such as Critical Care, Pulmonology, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Oncology and ICU teams.
- Identify recent business opportunities and hospital tie-ups.




- Manage and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead, motivate and manage the business development/sales team.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For Strong experience in healthcare / hospital / home healthcare sales

Excellent hospital and doctor relationship-building skills

Proven team management and sales leadership experience

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Result-oriented approach with the ability to achieve targets
