Role Description The Area Sales Manager – HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing and growing sales within the HoReCa segment, including identifying new business opportunities, meeting with key decision-makers, and building long-term customer relationships.

The Area Sales

Manager will conduct regular client visits, present product solutions, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.

Responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, coordinating with internal product and technical teams, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. The role requires consistent on-ground presence in the assigned territory to drive revenue growth and maintain a solid brand presence.

Qualifications

- Track record in sales or business development, preferably within HoReCa, FMCG, food ingredients, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation,



and account management skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at multiple levels.
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru HoReCa market, including local trends, customer profiles, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and develop territory plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with capability to present product solutions and value propositions effectively.
- Comfort with on-site client visits, fieldwork, and frequent travel within the assigned area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with flavours, fragrances, food service, or related product categories is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
