We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer networks, managing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and strengthening the company's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and institutional customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Execute sales promotion activities and branding initiatives in the territory.




- Lead and guide the sales team to improve performance and market penetration.

Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Cement, Construction Materials, Building Products, or related industries.
- Strong dealer network and market knowledge of the assigned region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
