Job Responsibilities

- Develop and manage sales across the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and other key customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle regular market visits and territory development.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and order execution.
- Be willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Requirements

- Must have sales experience in Building Material products.
- Experience in Roofing / Metal Roofing / PEB / Construction Materials will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid market knowledge and customer-handling ability.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
- Candidates with strong dealer/distributor or project sales experience will be preferred.
