As an Area Sales Manager at BVG, you'll provide expert guidance to customers, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service through in-depth product knowledge and industry expertise.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage customers, understand their flooring needs, and offer tailored solutions.

- Provide extensive product knowledge and advice on flooring and wall covering materials.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on preferences, budget, and functionality.
- Conduct product demonstrations and highlight features, advantages, and durability.
- Collaborate with operations and installation teams for seamless installations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technologies.
- Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide post-sales support for customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed targets.




- Maintain organized paperwork, sales records, and customer information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and industry professionals.

Qualifications: 1. Previous experience in sales, preferably within the building materials industry, with a strong network of dealers and distributors in their region.

- Knowledge of various flooring types, styles, and brands would be a bonus.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to establish rapport and understand customer needs is a necessity in this role.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Owning a vehicle is a must!
