We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to handle sales and distribution activities, develop new customers, manage existing clients, and achieve sales targets through regular market visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to dealers, distributors, retailers, and potential customers.
- Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
- Promote products and increase sales in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Take orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Monitor product availability, stock, and market demand.
- Identify new markets and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Collect market feedback and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Sales & Distribution, FMCG, Consumer Products, Retail, or similar industries.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
