Our product portfolio includes Tile Adhesives, Tile Grouts, Epoxy Grouts, Waterproofing Chemicals, Cleaners, Marble &
- Granite Care Products, Admixtures and other construction chemical products. We are expanding our dealer, distributor and retail network and are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Area Manager to drive sales and business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities 1. Sales &

- Business Development Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. Develop new dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors and other business partners. Increase product penetration and market share of Cloudfix products. Identify current business opportunities and develop new markets. Generate regular orders from existing channel partners.
- Dealer &
- Distributor Management Appoint and develop distributors and dealers in the assigned territory. Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners. Ensure proper product availability and stock levels at distributor/dealer points. Monitor distributor sales, collections and outstanding payments. Support dealers with product information, schemes and promotional activities. 3.

Market Development





Conduct regular market visits and understand competitor activities, pricing and schemes. Identify market requirements and provide feedback to the management. Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, engineers, tile dealers and applicators. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations wherever required.

Promote

Cloudfix products through market activation and dealer engagement activities.

- Team &
- Territory Management Plan daily and monthly market visits effectively. Maintain a structured beat plan and customer visit schedule. Guide and coordinate with sales executives/promoters working in the assigned area. Ensure effective coverage of dealers, retailers and key customers.
- Collections &
- Commercial Control Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers. Monitor credit limits and payment discipline of dealers/distributors. Coordinate with the accounts team regarding invoices, outstanding balances and payment issues. Minimize overdue and bad debts in the assigned territory. 6.

Reporting

Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and market reports. Maintain accurate customer and dealer data. Report competitor pricing, schemes, new product launches and market developments.



Provide regular feedback to the Sales Head regarding market opportunities and challenges.

- CompetenciesStrong sales and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of the construction chemical / tile adhesive / building material market. Robust dealer and distributor network will be an advantage. Good communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to independently manage an assigned territory. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Good understanding of market competition and pricing. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and sales reporting tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Educational Qualification Minimum: Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with experience in construction chemicals, tile adhesives, tile grout, waterproofing, building materials, tiles, sanitaryware or related industries will be preferred.
