Candidate experience in NBFC Gold loan may apply

- Business Growth: Achieve the assigned Gold Loan business targets and drive portfolio growth across all branches in the assigned area.

- Branch Management: Supervise and support Branch Managers and branch teams to ensure effective business operations and productivity.

- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, train and monitor the performance of branch employees to achieve business objectives.

- Portfolio Quality: Monitor overdue accounts, renewals, interest collection and recovery activities to maintain a healthy loan portfolio.

- Compliance & Risk: Ensure strict adherence to Company policies, RBI guidelines, KYC requirements and Gold Loan operational procedures.

- Branch Monitoring: Conduct regular branch visits, review business performance and take corrective action to improve underperforming branches.

- Customer & Management Support: Ensure excellent customer service, resolve escalated issues and submit timely MIS and performance reports to Management.

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
