- Quantity estimation of various trades of projects of overseas clients.
- Review proposal specifications, plans etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate,view schedules of projects being estimated.
- Quantity Estimation of architectural trades (roofing, flooring. Paint, insulation, Windows, lighting fixtures) of for contractors based in USA, Canada and Australia.
- Consult with clients to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
- Review addendums of projects already done and make changes to the estimate accordingly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have good understanding of architectural plans, sections and elevations.
- Candidate should be able to read and understand English.
- Candidate should be able to work under pressure.
- Selected candidate will be trained on estimation software and estimating methodology.
