ERA Architects is looking for an organized and proactive Architectural Project Coordinator to join our team.

The role is focused on ensuring that our architecture, interior design, approval and project-execution activities move smoothly, on time and with clear communication between the team and clients.

What you will be responsible for

Project Coordination

- Track multiple ongoing architecture and interior projects
- Maintain project schedules, deadlines and task trackers
- Coordinate between architects, designers, draftsmen, consultants and site teams
- Follow up on pending tasks and identify delays early
- Conduct regular project-status follow-ups

Client Coordination

- Coordinate routine communication with clients
- Schedule meetings and discussions
- Follow up for drawings, decisions, approvals and required information
- Maintain records of client decisions and project communication
- Ensure clients receive timely project updates

Documentation & Administration

- Maintain project folders and documentation
- Track drawing submissions and revisions
- Maintain meeting notes and action points
- Assist with quotations, agreements and project documentation

Billing & Follow-up

- Track project payment milestones
- Follow up on pending payments
- Maintain an updated outstanding-payment list
- Escalate payment issues when required

What we are looking for
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in architecture,



interior design, construction or project coordination
- Good understanding of architecture/interior project workflows
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Good communication and client-handling ability
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic project-management tools
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/architecture documentation is an advantage
