Role Description The Architectural Design Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadakara, responsible for leading the design and execution of architectural and interior projects. This role oversees the development of design concepts, coordinates detailed construction drawings, and ensures design integrity throughout all phases of project delivery.

The Architectural Design

Manager collaborates closely with clients to understand requirements, manages design teams and external consultants, and aligns project outcomes with budget, timeline, and quality standards. Daily tasks include reviewing design proposals, providing technical guidance, resolving on-site design challenges, and maintaining compliance with relevant codes and best practices.



The role also involves mentoring junior designers, standardizing design processes, and supporting business development with design presentations and proposals.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture, including concept development and detailed planning.
- Experience in Design Management, leading multidisciplinary design teams and coordinating project workflows.
- Ability to develop and review Construction Drawings, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with standards.
- Demonstrated skills in Interior Design, space planning, materials selection, and aesthetic coordination.
- Relevant academic background in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field.
- Competence with industry-standard design and drafting software (3D design tools).
- Robust project management, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage constructively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, safety, and sustainable design practices.
- Prior on-site project coordination or construction supervision experience is an advantage.
