Role Description The Architectural Drafter is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role is responsible for preparing detailed architectural and construction drawings for custom metalworks, including gates, railings, staircases, and structural components. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting architectural and engineering designs, developing accurate 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software, and coordinating with designers, engineers, and fabrication teams to ensure drawings meet project specifications and fabrication requirements.





The Architectural

Drafter will review and revise drawings based on feedback, maintain drawing standards and documentation, and support project planning and execution timelines. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and internal quality guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with the ability to create accurate, fabrication-ready plans.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Architecture and Planning to interpret design intent and coordinate project details.
- Candidates should possess solid Drawing skills, including technical drafting and visual representation of concepts.
- Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools) and familiarity with 2D and 3D modeling for metal fabrication projects.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with design, engineering, and production teams.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in metal fabrication or architectural detailing is an advantage.
