Role Description:

This is a full-time, position in our Mumbai office.

The Architectural

Drafter will prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings from design concepts and sketches, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.

Responsibilities include developing plans, sections, elevations, and detailed layouts, updating drawings based on design revisions, and coordinating with architects, planners, and engineers to resolve technical issues. The role involves maintaining organized drawing sets, supporting documentation required for approvals and execution, and adhering to project timelines and quality benchmarks. The drafter will also assist in converting design intent into clear, buildable details that support effective project delivery.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, including the ability to produce detailed, accurate plans and documentation.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Architecture and Planning to understand design intent, spatial relationships, and regulatory considerations.
- Candidates should possess proficient Drawing skills, including technical drafting, layout development,



and interpretation of sketches and design inputs.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and relevant 2D/3D drafting tools.
- Diploma in Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow standards and guidelines, and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with healthcare, hospitality, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
