Hey beautiful souls ✨ ​For the past decade, we’ve been running our community-driven space right on the sands of Arambol Beach. We love inviting volunteers into our home because we were volunteers ourselves when we first started our own travel journeys. We know firsthand how vital this experience is. It creates a beautiful cultural and family exchange. It is a wonderful way to help you sustain your travels, connect deeply with the local community, and find a grounded, enriching balance in life. ​We have a rich history of hosting incredible international volunteers, and we are thrilled to offer this hands-on opportunity to deeply committed Indian volunteers ready to dive in as well. ​For this upcoming season, we are specifically looking for creative, driven individuals to fill a few key roles in our community: ​Architect & Space Designer: To help us sustainably reimagine, upgrade, and beautify our physical spaces. ​Interior Designer: An earthy creative for natural, eco-sustainable coastal design. Hippie soul, upcycled materials, and beautiful, raw spaces that don't cost a fortune. ​Content Creator & Designer: Someone with a outstanding eye to capture the authentic vibe of our space, tell our stories, and design visual materials. ​Digital Strategist: To help us organize our online presence, streamline our digital outreach, and grow our lifestyle business. ​We want to be completely transparent: if you are expecting a rosy, luxury getaway, this is not the place. We are a very original, offbeat, "OG" location. We offer a raw, authentic environment where you can truly immerse yourself in the true hippie culture of Arambol, live within our vibrant community, and feel the deep rhythm of the beach, the music, and the people. ​Hospitality is a highly hands-on industry, and there is so much for you to learn and experience here.



Whether you are working in your specific role, helping with daily operations, or connecting with guests, your time here will be rich with practical, real-world learning. We are also happy to provide a certificate of completion for your volunteer work if required! ​We invite travelers who want to be more than just "tourists" to bring their unique skills and contribute to the collective energy of our family. PS: Bring your own gear like your laptop and camera. We won't have any extras to share, so bringing your own will be super helpful!

We're a couple who, since 2014, have kept a small artist café, bar and guesthouse on the sands at the northern end of Arambol. Live music happens most nights, and strangers here have a habit of turning into friends. Our son has grown up in this space, sand between his toes, a hundred aunties and uncles from a hundred places.

Life moves slow but fun and vibing. We're also stretched thin. One of us is a full-time psychologist and a full-time mother; the other is busy building several other ventures. So we're making room for four people to come live with us for a while and lend us what they're good at.
