Role Description The Architectural Drafter & Revit Modeler will prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings, create and update 3D Revit models, and ensure that all documentation aligns with project specifications and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting design concepts from architects and engineers, developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, as well as coordinating revisions and maintaining drawing standards across projects. The role involves close collaboration with the design team, responding to markups, organizing project files, and supporting planning and coordination activities.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, requiring regular interaction with colleagues and project leaders to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Architecture for developing accurate plans, elevations, and sections.




- Candidate must be fluent in English - Speaking & writing
- Candidates should possess skills in Planning and Construction Drawings to support project documentation, coordination, and compliance with standards.
- Candidates should possess solid Drawing abilities for translating design concepts into explicit, detailed technical documents.
- Proficiency in Revit (and optionally AutoCAD or similar CAD/BIM tools) for 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
- Understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Kochi and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; prior experience as a drafter or Revit modeler is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous learning.
