Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Hyderabad. The Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and coordinating with interior designers, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Daily tasks include conducting site visits, creating and reviewing design documentation, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and supporting project execution from initial planning to final delivery. The role also involves collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, presenting design proposals,



and contributing to the continuous improvement of studio design standards and processes.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, creative solutions.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM, or digital workflows is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Relevant experience in residential, commercial, or corporate projects, with a portfolio demonstrating design quality and technical capability.
- Advanced skills in CAD/BIM and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools).
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, materials, and construction practices in Hyderabad and the broader region.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team on-site.
