Responsibilities

- Shape the technical and product direction of solutions across Trinitys portfolio

- Contribute to solution architecture and build components of these solutions end-to-end

- Translate consulting methodology and client context into product requirements, data structures, and solution designs

- Contribute directly to AI/ML initiatives and development of agentic capabilities

- Support data-product design across sourcing, structuring, and modeling decisions

- Work alongside consultants and subject-matter experts to ensure solutions meet client needs

Required experience

- A track record of taking software or data products from concept to market

- Range across the stack: comfort operating as a software architect, hands-on engineer, and product owner within the same project

- Strong grounding in up-to-date data and application architecture

- Working knowledge of AI/ML systems,



including agentic systems architecture

- Consulting or client-facing experience in life sciences, pharma commercial, or an adjacent analytics-heavy domain

- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, work independently, and set direction for others once a workstream matures

- Bachelors or higher in engineering, computer science, or a related quantitative field

Nice to have

- Experience designing data products

- Experience with commercial pharma analytics or launch analytics
