At Livnivasa, we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Architect who can take complete ownership of projects—from concept development to final execution. If you’re an expert in Autodesk Revit, hold comprehensive command over Municipal Regulations (MR) and Building Regulations (BR), and enjoy creating exceptional residential and commercial spaces, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
✅ End-to-End Design & Execution: Lead architectural design from concept stage through GFC and final site handover.
✅ Revit & BIM Modeling: Develop detailed BIM models, construction details, and GFC drawings using Autodesk Revit.
✅ Regulatory & Statutory Approvals (MR & BR): Drive full compliance with local Municipal Regulations (MR), Building Regulations (BR), zonal Master Plans, Haryana/Delhi building bye-laws, and NBC norms from preliminary planning to sanction drawings.
✅ Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, and Site execution teams.
✅ Documentation & Specs: Prepare accurate BOQs, material specifications, and manage vendor coordination.
✅ Site Supervision & Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution aligns precisely with architectural drawings, safety norms, and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) with active COA Registration.
✔ Experience: 4–8 years of proven experience in high-end residential and commercial projects.
✔ MR & BR Mastery: In-depth, hands-on expertise in Municipal Regulations (MR), Building Regulations (BR), sanction processes, FAR/FSI calculations, and local bye-laws is mandatory.
✔ Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Mandatory) and AutoCAD.
✔ Visualization: Proficiency in rendering tools such as Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray.
✔ Leadership: Strong communication, team management, and client/authority liaison skills.
