Location: Chembur, Mumbai

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect & Interior Designer to handle projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality design, coordination, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Concept Design & Space Planning

Understand client requirements and develop functional and aesthetic layouts
- 2D Drawings & Working Drawings

Prepare layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed execution drawings
- 3D Views & Presentations

Create realistic 3D renders and presentations for client approvals
- Site Visits & Execution Support

Visit sites regularly to ensure proper design implementation
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination

Coordinate with vendors, contractors,



and consultants for smooth execution
- Material Selection & Detailing

Assist in selecting materials, finishes, and furniture detailing
- BOQ & Documentation

Prepare BOQs, specifications, and project-related documentation
- Project Timeline Management

Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project schedules
- Client Communication

Maintain regular communication with clients for updates and approvals
- Problem Solving at Site

Identify and resolve on-site issues effectively Required Skills - Softwares

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray / Lumion
- MS Office
- Rhinoceros + Revit (optional)
- Photoshop

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design
- Experience: Fresher to 5 years

- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving approach

- Salary will be based on interview performance and relevant experience
