Role Description The Architect will work on-site at the Gurugram studio in a full time capacity, contributing to the design and delivery of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing 2d design drawings and 3D models, BOQ and coordinating interior and architectural elements to ensure cohesive spaces. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams, refining design solutions based on feedback, and supporting project planning, documentation, and execution.

The Architect will participate in site visits,



liaise with consultants and contractors, and help maintain design quality, timelines, and compliance with relevant standards. This role is suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on project involvement and close client collaboration.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design/Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings and visualizations.
- Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration skills in the context of design tools and workflows, such as proficiency with CAD/BIM or sketch up software and integrating digital platforms into project processes.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and oversight of deliverables from design through execution.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, consultants, and cross-functional design teams.
- Candidates should possess a professional degree in architecture, interior design or a related field, familiarity with building codes and regulations, and prior experience in interior or architectural projects; registration or licensure is an advantage.
