- Develop interior design concepts for commercial spaces (offices, retail, etc.)
- Prepare space planning, layouts, and design presentations
- Create detailed working drawings and execution drawings
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and design expectations
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and vendors
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting solutions
- Ensure design feasibility within budget and timelines
- Conduct site visits and monitor execution quality
- Resolve design-related issues during project execution
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of commercial interior design principles
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp
Positive understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing
