Role Description The Architect will work on a full-time, in office basis in Chennau, collaborating closely with the principals and project teams.

Responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings and documentation, coordinating with consultants, and participating in client meetings to translate requirements into design solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, such as using design and collaboration tools and integrating systems and technologies into projects.




- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar) and visualization tools is beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative, functional, and context-sensitive solutions; prior experience in an architecture or design studio is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to explore unconventional design approaches are highly valued.
