Role Description This is a full-time, in office Architect role based in Kozhikode. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and designing residential and other building projects aligned with Kerala aesthetics and client requirements.

Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand their needs, conducting site visits, creating design proposals, coordinating with structural and MEP consultants, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. The role involves collaborating with project managers and construction teams to oversee design implementation, monitor progress,



and resolve design-related issues during execution. The Architect will also participate in project planning, material selection, and design revisions to maintain quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, innovative, and context-sensitive building designs.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and overseeing design execution on-site.
- Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or project management software.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, materials, and construction practices in Kerala.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent, with professional registration/licensing as per local requirements preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a portfolio demonstrating residential or regional design projects.
