Job Title: AR / OTC Billing / OTC Cash Applications Associate (Insurance)

Location: Pune | WFO | Night Shift

Short JD: We are hiring candidates for Accounts Receivable (AR), Order to Cash (OTC) Billing, and Cash Applications processes. The role involves invoice processing, cash posting, payment reconciliation, collection follow-ups, dispute resolution, and maintaining accurate AR records. Candidates must have insurance domain knowledge, solid analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements:

- Commerce graduate (B.Com/BBA/M.Com preferred)
- Experience in AR, OTC Billing, or Cash Applications
- Insurance process/domain knowledge is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts and from office (Pune)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
