- Support BGV follow-ups & tracking
- Track employee confirmation & extension cases
- Monitor absconding & termination processes
- Coordinate Buddy Program mails & feedback
- Maintain grievance & Culture Meter trackers

- Support exit clearance activities
- Coordinate & track RBI meetings

- Track Assessment/AAC RAG movements

- Maintain Role Fitment trackers
- Support HRBPs with MIS, reports & employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM/BBA/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related specialization
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR
