As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with complex software environments to maintain system reliability and support business continuity through effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize application stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Certified in Beaker AP and CP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to software support and troubleshooting.
- Experience in managing and supporting complex software applications in a business-critical environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis processes.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team and across multiple departments.





Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Epic Systems.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
