:

Execute system-level and subsystem-level testing of defense products in accordance with applicable Military Standards

Execute Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) for defence equipment and systems

Support qualification testing and type approval processes with DGQA, DRDO, and relevant defence QA agencies

Provide on-site servicing, troubleshooting, and repair support for defence equipment deployed at customer establishments naval bases, army formations, air force stations, and DRDO facilities

Conduct preventive maintenance visits for defence systems under AMC and warranty

Train customer technical personnel on system operation, basic maintenance, and fault identification

Prepare detailed Field Service Reports for every site visit fault found, action taken, parts replaced, and recommendations

Prepare complete electrical design documentation including single-line diagrams, schematic drawings, wiring harness drawings, and panel layouts for defence equipment

Coordinate with the R&D; and design team for field failure analysis, root cause investigation, and resolution

Configure aAC Servo Drive, AC Servo Motor,



and Mil-grade Controller solutions for defence platforms during application trials at customer.

Skills Required:

Sound knowledge of AC Servo Drives, Servo Motors, and Motion Control systems

Knowledge of MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, JSS, and DGQA quality standards

Prior experience in defence electronics, DRDO projects, or DPSUs strongly preferred

Willingness to travel extensively Pan-India to Defence establishments

Ability to prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable schedules using CAD tools

Knowledge of industrial electronics and instrumentation, with the ability to use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power meters for site analysis

Solid documentation discipline structured, accurate, and audit-ready documentation habits

Fault diagnosis to component level drives, PCBs, Mil-grade controllers, and electronic assemblies

Knowledgeable in various industrial communications protocol , RS232, CAN ,Modbus ,Ethernet

Knowledgeable in using Test & measurement equipment and software
