Job Summary

We are looking for an Application Engineer with experience in tendering, proposal preparation, BOQ creation, and techno-commercial coordination for Defence, Oil & Gas, EPC, and industrial projects.

The role involves handling customer RFQs/tenders, coordinating with suppliers and clients, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and supporting execution teams for custom-engineered systems involving piping, pneumatic, gas handling, and mechanical systems.

This role will also lead/support a small engineering team of 12 engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Study customer RFQs, tender documents, specifications, and technical requirements
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and tender submissions
- Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for projects
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for costing and technical inputs
- Interact with clients for technical clarifications and proposal discussions
- Prepare costing sheets, compliance statements, and proposal documentation
- Work closely with design,



procurement, and project execution teams
- Support Defence, Oil & Gas, R&D;, and turnkey engineering projects
- Handle multiple project proposals simultaneously within deadlines
- Guide/support junior engineers in proposal activities
