- Provide technical support and guidance to customers using SOLIDWORKS.
- Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable SOLIDWORKS solutions.
- Troubleshoot basic design and software-related issues.
- Assist the sales team with technical presentations and product demos.
- Prepare basic technical documents, drawings, and reports.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
- Stay updated with recent SOLIDWORKS features and design practices.
Basic skills required: SOLIDWORKS, 3D modeling, engineering drawing, GD&T; basics, communication skills, problem-solving, and basic knowledge of mechanical engineering.
