Ebani Tech is a technology-driven media and advertising solutions company focused on transforming the Out-of-Home (OOH) and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) ecosystem through innovative digital media networks, smart advertising solutions, and integrated brand engagement platforms.

We are expanding our media sales team and looking for passionate professionals who understand the OOH/DOOH industry and can drive strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and advertisers.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue growth through acquisition of new advertisers, agencies, and brand partnerships.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of OOH and DOOH advertising opportunities.
- Pitch Ebani Tech's media assets, digital screen networks, transit media, retail media, and integrated advertising solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, brand managers, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
- Generate proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close advertising deals.
- Collaborate with operations and campaign teams to ensure successful execution of client campaigns.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the OOH/DOOH ecosystem.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling integrated media,



branding, and technology solutions offered by Ebani Group.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of experience in OOH, DOOH, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, or Brand Partnerships.
- Existing relationships with media agencies, advertisers, and marketing decision-makers will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of outdoor advertising formats, transit media, retail media, digital screens, and media planning.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
