Job Role: App Marketer

Location: Delhi

Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute app marketing and user acquisition strategies to drive quality installs and conversions.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics such as CPI, CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Manage and improve App Store Optimization (ASO) across Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize app titles, descriptions, screenshots, creatives, and other store assets.
- Plan and execute A/B tests for campaigns, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and app store listings.
- Analyse the complete app funnel from acquisition and registration to KYC, conversion, investment, and retention.
- Track and analyse user behaviour, campaign performance, retention, and conversion using tools such as Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Google Play Console, and App Store Connect.
- Identify opportunities to improve user activation, engagement, retention, and repeat transactions.
- Work with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, videos, messaging, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to identify and improve app onboarding and conversion funnels.
- Explore new acquisition channels, growth opportunities, and marketing experiments.
- Monitor competitors and stay updated on app marketing, performance marketing, ASO, and fintech marketing trends.
- Prepare regular reports on app growth and marketing performance and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 2+ years of experience in App Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, User Acquisition, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO).
- Experience with app analytics and attribution tools such as Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of CPI, CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, conversion rates, and funnel metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Good understanding of the mobile app user journey and acquisition funnel.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
