Job SummaryRevalsys Technologies is looking for an experienced Angular + Next.js Lead Developer to join our development team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Angular and Next.js, excellent frontend development skills, and the ability to lead, guide, and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable and high-performance web applications using Angular and Next.js.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and responsive UI components.
- Work closely with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, SEO, and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and production issues.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, development, testing, and deployment.
- Take ownership of assigned modules and deliver projects within timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular.
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Robust understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Experience developing reusable UI components.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and integration with backend services.
- Knowledge of Git and version control.
- Understanding of frontend performance optimization.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle development tasks and guide team members.
Leadership Skills
- Ability to lead and mentor frontend developers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
- Ability to analyze technical challenges and recommend effective solutions.

Eligibility
- Hyderabad Residents are Eligible.
- Candidates should be willing to work from Hyderabad.
- Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience in Angular and Next.js are preferred.
- Immediate Joiners / Candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
