Role Overview

As an Angular & Next.js Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading frontend development initiatives, guiding developers, reviewing code, making technical decisions, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the development of web applications using Angular and Next.js .
- Guide, mentor, and support frontend developers in technical implementation and best practices.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend architectures.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards, quality, security, and maintainability.
- Implement and optimize SSR, SSG, SEO, and website performance .
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
- Participate in requirement analysis, estimation, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
- Take ownership of frontend delivery and ensure projects are completed within timelines.
- Establish reusable components, development standards, and best practices across projects.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular and Next.js .
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 .
- Experience with React and Next.js architecture .
- Strong understanding of SSR and SSG .
- Experience with state management such as NgRx, Redux, or similar .
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with Git and version control .
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and public-facing websites.
- Knowledge of SEO and technical SEO fundamentals .
- Experience with performance optimization tools such as Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights .
- Strong understanding of web security, scalability, and performance.
