Technical Requirements

Mandatory Skills

Strong C# and .NET development experience, including backend services and API-oriented applications.

Strong frontend development experience using Angular 18, TypeScript, WebGL, and Storybook.

Experience developing and integrating Web APIs using REST and real-time communication using SignalR.

Experience working with MongoDB and object-storage solutions such as MinIO.

Experience with automated frontend, integration, and end-to-end testing using Playwright.

Ability to diagnose issues across frontend code, backend services, APIs, data storage, logs, infrastructure, and deployment environments.

Understanding of cybersecurity principles, secure software-development practices, authentication, authorization, and session management.

Strong autonomy, ownership, and ability to collaborate with distributed product, QA, UX, development,



and architecture teams in Europe and India.

Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

Optional skills

Experience with Kubernetes basics: pods, services, logs, readiness/liveness probes, config maps, secrets and deployment troubleshooting.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated release processes, container-image creation, vulnerability scanning, and SBOM generation.

Experience with observability platforms, including ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Experience helping a team develop a product after initial delivery, including triage, reproduction, root-cause analysis and close collaboration with QA.

Experience with Keycloak, including identity integration, role-based access control, token handling, and session management.

Familiarity with scientific, device-driven or laboratory workflows where state transitions and data consistency are important.

Contribute to the modernization, maintenance, and further development of the WebUI application using Angular and TypeScript, aligned with the agreed WebUI architecture and deployment practices.

Design, implement, and maintain responsive frontend workflows, reusable UI components, application services, routing, state handling, and user-facing error handling.

Create and maintain reusable components and component documentation using Storybook, promoting consistency and reuse across the application.

Develop and maintain C#/.NET backend services and Web APIs supporting WebUI product workflows and frontend consumers.

Implement and maintain real-time communication between frontend and backend components using SignalR where required.





Develop advanced visualization and interactive capabilities using WebGL or comparable browser-based technologies.

Help define clear boundaries between frontend modules, shared components, backend services, and external integrations, while pragmatically simplifying or consolidating components when this improves maintainability.

Ensure consistency of navigation, application state, user sessions, device status, and data across integrated application contexts.

Design, implement, and deliver new product features with ownership from requirements clarification and technical analysis through implementation, testing, and release readiness.

Collaborate with UX specialists and Product Management to translate product and workflow requirements into consistent, usable, and maintainable user experiences.

Write and maintain automated tests covering frontend components, backend APIs, application workflows, external-service integrations, and regression scenarios. This includes unit, component, integration, and end-to-end testing using Playwright and other agreed frameworks.

Investigate and resolve product issues by reproducing scenarios, reviewing application and service logs, using browser development tools, inspecting network communication, verifying data consistency, and validating fixes end to end.

Support application performance, reliability, browser compatibility, cybersecurity, and maintainability throughout development and release activities.

Work with DevOps and CI/CD owners on deployment-related needs, including build pipelines, package and dependency management, environment configuration, SBOM and release-build expectations, and validation in development and integration environments.

Use container and Kubernetes knowledge, where applicable, to inspect service health, configuration, logs, readiness and liveness behavior, and deployment problems.

Document frontend architecture, reusable components, API behavior, integration responsibilities, development practices, and known edge cases so the team can operate and evolve the product sustainably.
