Role - Android AOSP Engineer (Sr. Engineer & Lead Engineer)

Role Summary
We are seeking a Android AOSP Engineer with deep expertise in the Android Platform and Framework layers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Android system architecture, OS upgrades, and new Android releases, along with leadership capabilities to guide and mentor teams.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Android AOSP
- Deep understanding of Android Platform & Framework architecture
- Solid experience with AIDL, HIDL, and Project Treble concepts
- Proven experience in Android OS upgrades and current Android releases
- Strong programming expertise in: Java/Kotlin and C / C++
- Good understanding of Android build system (Soong/Make)
- Strong debugging skills using logcat, dumpsys, native debugging tools
Nice to Have
- Experience working with OEM/ODM Android builds
- Exposure to automotive, embedded, or customized Android platforms
- Knowledge of security, SELinux, and system performance tuning.
