Inviting applications for the role of Analyst – SAP Fieldglass SOW Management.

Work location: Bangalore (work from office)

The SAP Fieldglass SOW Specialist is responsible for supporting end-to-end Statement of Work (SOW) operations within SAP Fieldglass. The role focuses on SOW creation and maintenance, milestone tracking, invoice validation, compliance support, and stakeholder coordination to ensure accurate and timely execution of services procurement activities.

The individual will work closely with Procurement, Suppliers, Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, and Business Stakeholders to support SOW administration, governance requirements, and issue resolution while maintaining operational excellence and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities

SOW Lifecycle Management

- Create, amend, extend, renew, and close Statements of Work (SOWs) in SAP Fieldglass.
- Review SOW requests for completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Validate project details, resource information, funding allocations, deliverables, and timelines.
- Maintain SOW documentation and approval records.
- Process transactions within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support resolution of operational issues and transaction exceptions.

Milestone Management

- Track milestone progress and completion status within SAP Fieldglass.




- Review milestone submissions and supporting documentation.
- Validate milestone completion against agreed deliverables and acceptance criteria.
- Follow up on pending milestone approvals.
- Escalate milestone delays and exceptions when required.
- Maintain milestone tracking reports and status updates.

Invoice Management & Resolution

- Review supplier invoices against approved SOWs and milestones.
- Validate invoice amounts, funding limits, and supporting documentation.
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
- Support invoice approval workflows and payment readiness activities.
- Track pending invoices and payment-related issues.
- Maintain invoice records and audit documentation.

Stakeholder Support

- Serve as a point of contact for SOW operational queries.
- Support Procurement, Finance, Suppliers, and Business Stakeholders on Fieldglass transactions.
- Provide updates on transaction status, milestones, and invoice approvals.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Participate in governance reviews and operational meetings.

Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and operational controls.
- Support audit requirements through accurate record maintenance.
- Track and report operational metrics and SLA performance.
- Assist in preparing reports related to SOWs, milestones, invoices, and compliance activities.
- Support process improvement initiatives and documentation updates.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Services Procurement, Contract Administration, Vendor Management, Workforce Management, or Order-to-Cash operations.
- 2 years of SAP Fieldglass Services Procurement / SOW Management experience preferred.
- Experience supporting milestone-based engagements and invoice processing.
