Specific Skills

· Assesses Bank's loan portfolio, recent products in conjunction with Account Manager & non accrual procedures & methods of accruals

· Arranges authorisation of payments under documents

· Effects audit of Bank's portfolio

Communication / Interpersonal

· Writes & converses clearly & effectively with clients

· May conduct discussions re system requirements & efficiencies

Planning / Organising

· Plans own work to ensure day to day work & annual reviews scheduled & completed

Analysis / Problem Solving / Innovation

· Ensures evaluation of risks & credit worthiness is within policy

· Applies sound credit & risk management approaches

Service Delivery

· Liaises with both customers & staff at other corporations





· Provides specialist service on range of products/ services incl complexity

· Can provide options to client & guide to most suitable product

· Identifies customer need & responds accordingly

Teamwork

· May assist with team direction/ training

· Identifies & reports opportunities to improve team processes

· Works across teams to help implement & deliver results

Leadership· May supervise 2-4 clerks
