Role Overview

Seeking a sharp, self-driven Analyst with 1 to 2 years of core experience in debt syndication, credit analysis, or debt research. The role is primarily focused on transaction execution, complex financial modeling, credit assessment, and drafting high-quality lender collaterals. The ideal candidate will support senior execution leads on debt raising mandates—encompassing Term Loans, NCDs, Working Capital, Structured Debt, Refinancing, and Capital Structure Optimization—across key sectors such as Infrastructure, Core Industries, and Corporate Growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Modeling & Credit Analysis: Build, update, and audit detailed financial models, project finance models, debt sizing models, and cash flow sensitivity matrices. Analyze financial statements and evaluate key credit metrics (DSCR, ICR, debt-to-equity, leverage ratios, and liquidity buffers).
- Document Preparation & Pitching: Draft detailed Project Information Memorandums (PIMs), Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), Credit Notes, Management Presentations, Pitch Books, and Teasers for lender outreach.
- Execution & Lender Coordination: Support transaction execution and manage transaction timelines, compile data room information.
- Due Diligence & Documentation: Collate, analyze, and verify client financial and regulatory data.



Assist in evaluating and drafting Term Sheets, Loan Agreements, security documents, and covenant structures during transaction closures.
- Market & Sector Research: Track domestic debt market trends, interest rate dynamics, regulatory developments, and product innovations across debt instruments (NCDs, Sub-debt, Working Capital, Refinancing). Prepare sector intelligence reports to support business origination pitches.

Candidate Profile & Skill Set

- Educational Background: Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a reputed institute.
- Relevant Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Debt Syndication, Corporate Finance , Debt Advisory, Project Finance, or Credit Rating/Debt Research.

Technical & Functional Competencies:

- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, and balance sheet structure.
- Hands-on experience with diverse debt instruments: Term Loans, NCDs, Working Capital facilities, and Structured Debt.
- Advanced proficiency in Financial Modeling in Excel and creating structured presentations in PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of transaction documentation, term sheet mechanics, and lender credit approval workflows.
- High ownership, capability to work independently on execution tasks, and agility under tight transaction deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with client finance teams and lender representatives.
- High standard of ethics, attention to detail, and qualified integrity.
