Role OverviewWe are looking for an Analyst with strong analytical thinking, excellent research capabilities, exceptional Excel skills, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of ownership.
This role is suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, can take responsibility for assigned workstreams, and does not require constant handholding.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research across healthcare markets, companies, competitors, and industry trends.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify insights and business implications.
- Work extensively on Excel-based analysis, including data cleaning, structuring, dashboards, scenario analysis, and analytical models.
- Use advanced Excel functions such as PivotTables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, logical functions, charts, and conditional formatting.
- Support basic financial modelling, forecasts, business cases, revenue projections, and profitability analysis.
- Assist in market sizing, benchmarking, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment.
- Structure business problems, test hypotheses, and support development of actionable recommendations.
- Create clear, structured, and client-ready PowerPoint presentations.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly and confidently to internal and client stakeholders.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality outputs within timelines.
- Proactively identify gaps, solve problems, and move work forward with limited supervision.
- Participate in internal discussions and client meetings as required.
What We’re Looking For
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree from a reputed institution.
- Candidates with an MBA in Healthcare / Hospital Management or a related healthcare specialization will be preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in consulting, healthcare, analytics, market research, strategy, or a related field.
- Exceptional Excel skills are essential and will be a key evaluation criterion.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.
- Basic understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and business cases.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, structure messages effectively, and communicate confidently with stakeholders.
- Strong research capabilities and attention to detail.
- High ownership mindset and ability to work independently with limited handholding.
- Ability to take initiative and drive assigned work to completion without requiring constant direction.
- Exposure to Power BI, Alteryx, or Python is an advantage.
- Strong interest in healthcare and management consulting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Candidates currently based in Hyderabad will be preferred.
