Role Description The AM–Company Secretary role is a full time, hybrid position based in Neemrana, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves managing company secretarial functions, including preparation and maintenance of statutory records, minutes, registers, and filings in compliance with applicable corporate laws and regulations.
The individual will support board and committee meetings, coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities, and ensure timely submission of returns and reports. Day-to-day tasks include drafting resolutions and corporate documents,
assisting in corporate governance initiatives, monitoring compliance with ROC, MCA, and other statutory bodies, and supporting internal stakeholders with guidance on legal and regulatory requirements. The role may also include participation in process improvements and documentation practices to align governance standards with the company’s growth and international operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and statutory compliance, including experience with ROC/MCA filings and secretarial standards.
- Proficiency in drafting minutes, resolutions, notices, and legal/secretarial documentation, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to coordinate board and committee meetings, interact with auditors and regulators, and manage multiple compliance timelines.
- Comfort with MS Office tools and relevant compliance or documentation software, with solid record-keeping and data management skills.
- Company Secretary qualification (ACS/CS) from a recognized institute; a bachelor’s degree in commerce, law, or business is preferred.
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial organization is an advantage, particularly in handling secretarial work for limited companies.
- Strong communication skills, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
