Bring drawings to life and help turn a coach into a train ready to move. Titagarh Rail Systems Limited is looking for hands-on electrical manufacturing professionals who can lead people, solve shop-floor challenges and deliver right-first-time electrical outfitting.

What you will own

Lead coach electrical outfitting: cable routing, wiring, harness installation, panel/equipment mounting and electrical integration.

Plan station-wise work, deploy engineers, technicians and contract manpower, and deliver daily production targets with safety and quality.

Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, BOMs and work instructions; resolve shop-floor technical and material-readiness issues.

Ensure correct crimping, ferruling, termination, connectors, cable dressing and earthing; coordinate continuity, insulation-resistance and functional checks.





Partner with Engineering, Quality, SCM and Testing to close non-conformities, troubleshoot defects and drive root-cause analysis and CAPA.

Improve productivity, reduce rework and maintain production checklists, traceability, progress reports, EHS and 5S discipline.
