The company provides a wide range of products and services, including high-volume perforated tiles, intelligent active floor tiles, overhead air movers, air blocks, rack baffles, raised floor partition solutions, thermal testing, and cooling audits and analysis. Using a straightforward methodology, Profile Solution conducts on-site audits to understand each data center’s unique layout, server density, and thermal containment design before recommending solutions.

Installations are designed to require no downtime or movement of critical IT infrastructure. The organization has worked with leading global cloud computing companies, implementing energy-efficient cooling approaches that eliminate hotspots and reduce electrical energy consumption.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Borivali, focused on supporting Profile Solution’s thermal management and airflow projects for data centers and related environments. The selected candidate will assist in conducting in office audits, collecting and organizing data on room layouts, rack locations, server density, and existing cooling infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with technical teams,



supporting the planning and installation of airflow and thermal containment solutions, and ensuring that work is completed safely and in alignment with client requirements.

The role also involves preparing basic reports, maintaining project documentation, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and clients to support smooth project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess basic technical understanding of data centers, HVAC, or cooling systems, with the ability to learn thermal management and airflow concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in data collection, organization, and documentation, including the ability to record site audit findings accurately.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients on-site.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and problem-solving skills to support identification of thermal issues and assist in implementing solutions.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in data center environments, follow safety protocols, and manage time effectively.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in engineering, information technology, or a related technical field is beneficial.
- Prior experience in data center operations, facilities management, or field service work is an advantage but not mandatory.
