Job Profile: Associate – Aviation Procurement

Location: Bangalore

Job Purpose:

Oversees procurement of aircraft spare parts. Ensures cost efficiency, timely delivery, and supplier performance while supporting project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings.
- Urgent AOG sourcing.
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and risk mitigation.
- Create procurement schedules, monitor delivery, and ensure compliance.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, RFQs (POs, contracts, invoices).
- Collaborate with project teams to align procurement with project goals.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 1–4 years in aviation procurement; 4+ years preferred.
- Familiarity with procurement software, ERP, and regulatory compliance.
