About the Role

Hi Tours Group is looking for an experienced Air Ticketing Specialist to manage end-to end domestic and international ticketing across B2B, B2C, and corporate segments. The role requires strong expertise in GDS, airline and supplier portals, fare negotiation, complex itineraries, and coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end air ticketing for B2B, B2C, and corporate clients across domestic and international sectors.
- Handle reservations, fare search, ticket issuance, reissue, rescheduling, cancellations, refunds, and post-ticketing support.
- Work extensively on GDS platforms, airline panels, and supplier portals for bookings and ticketing.
- Identify and recommend the most suitable and cost-effective flight options, including alternate routes and schedules.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless ticketing, timely fulfilment, and smooth resolution of booking-related requirements.
- Negotiate with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers to secure competitive fares and commercial terms.
- Manage airline cancellations, refunds, schedule changes,



and disruption-related cases from initiation through closure.
- Negotiate group and series rates for domestic, international, and corporate travel requirements.
- Handle complex itineraries, group movements, bulk bookings, and time-sensitive ticketing requirements.
- Maintain accuracy in passenger details, fare rules, ticket conditions, and documentation.
- Ensure timely communication of booking confirmations, fare conditions, cancellation policies, and other ticketing details to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain booking records, supplier communication, and ticketing-related MIS as
- required.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in domestic and international air ticketing.
- Strong working knowledge of GDS, airline panels, and supplier/consolidator portals.
- Experience handling B2B, B2C, and corporate ticketing.
- Solid understanding of international and domestic fares, fare rules, airline policies, and ticketing procedures.
- Proven experience in group/series fare negotiation and corporate travel requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple urgent requirements simultaneously.
- Strong commercial understanding with a focus on fare optimization and cost efficiency.
