Role Description:

The Air Freight Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi.

This role is responsible for:

- Manage end to end shipment coordination for Air Freight (Import & Export).
- Quotation preparation, pricing negotiation & deal closure.
- Prepare MAWB, HAWB & required documentation
- Coordinate with airlines, agents, transporters, customs brokers & warehouses for smooth execution.
- Manage AMS filings and shipment compliance.
- Communicate with overseas agents and customers.
- Follow up on documents, approvals & shipment related requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication & service excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of air freight operations, including booking procedures, cargo handling, and airline regulations.




- Experience preparing and managing shipping documentation (AWB, invoices, packing lists, export/import documents) and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Ability to coordinate with airlines, vendors, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment delivery.
- Proficiency in using logistics or freight management systems, MS Office tools, and maintaining organized shipment records.
- Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and provide status updates clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in air freight.
- Academic background in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is beneficial; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
