Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Air Export pricing enquiries from customers and Sales team.
- Obtain and negotiate rates with Airlines, Co-loaders & Agents.
- Prepare competitive quotations with accurate costing and margins.
- Coordinate bookings, routing, schedules, AWB & export documentation.
- Handle customer queries, shipment status and operational follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Airlines, CHA & Transporters.
- Maintain rate sheets, pricing database and enquiry/conversion MIS.
- Ensure timely response and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

- 4–5 years’ experience in Air Export Pricing & Customer Service.
- Valuable knowledge of Air Freight rates, routing, chargeable weight, Incoterms & export procedures.
- Strong negotiation, communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and freight forwarding systems.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
