Team members join a mission-driven environment committed to building technology that supports children’s emotional we ll-being.Role Description The AI Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for creating, editing, and refining video content that brings NOKO’s child-focused AI experiences to life. This role involves using AI-powered video tools to generate and enhance visual assets, assembling footage, adding sound, graphics, and effects, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and child-safety standards.

The AI Video Editor will collaborate closely with product, design, and content teams to translate scripts and concepts into engaging, age-appropriate videos for children and caregivers. Daily tasks include managing video workflows, maintaining organized asset libraries, experimenting with new AI video technologies,



and optimizing content for different platforms and formats. The role also requires iterating based on feedback, ensuring consistent quality, and contributing ideas to improve how NOKO communicates its mission through video.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in video editing tools and workflows (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and experience working with AI-assisted video tools.
- Skills in motion graphics, basic animation, and visual storytelling to create engaging content for children and families.
- Strong understanding of sound design, voice integration, and basic audio editing for clear, age-appropriate video experiences.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, incorporate feedback constructively, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Awareness of child-safety, digital well-being, and ethical considerations in media designed for children, or willingness to learn quickly in these areas.
- Relevant experience in video production, media, design, or a related field; a degree or formal training in film, animation, media arts, or similar areas is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad, with a readiness to adapt in a fast-evolving, mission-driven startup environment.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating video editing skills, creative judgment, and sensitivity to content tone and audience.
