Description Valtech is hiring an AI Tech Lead to drive experience innovation across AI, data, and technology. The role focuses on building scalable AI solutions with strong frontend, backend, and LLM system expertise.

Experience

- 4+ years of experience
- Agile methodologies and consulting experience a plus
- Background in Retail, Digital, or large-scale enterprise platforms

Responsibilities

- Build frontend solutions using ReactJS and Next.js
- Develop backend services in Python with FastAPI
- Work with NodeJS or NestJS where needed
- Design and implement AI and LLM-based systems
- Create embeddings, intelligent analysis, and private or offline AI setups
- Use vector databases for similarity search and RAG solutions
- Evaluate model responses and reduce hallucinations
- Handle structured and unstructured data with PostgreSQL and object storage platforms
- Analyze data and derive actionable insights using SQL and Python
- Apply Git, CI/CD, security best practices, and enterprise-grade system design
- Translate complex technical solutions into measurable business value
- Explain AI and technical concepts in a easy, business-friendly manner
