About The Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer who enjoys building production-grade AI systems. This role is ideal for someone who can design and deploy reliable AI agents, build rigorous evaluation frameworks, implement deep observability, and work effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and workflows.

- Develop robust evaluation frameworks to measure AI system performance.

- Implement observability, monitoring, and debugging for AI applications.

- Build scalable backend services using Python and TypeScript.

- Develop and maintain cloud-native solutions on AWS, including Bedrock and serverless architectures.

- Work with PostgreSQL and vector search for AI-powered applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.

- Drive best practices for reliability, testing, and production readiness.

Required Skills & Experience





- 6+ years of software engineering experience.

- 2+ years of delivering AI applications into production.

- Solid proficiency in Python and TypeScript.

- Experience with AWS Serverless and Amazon Bedrock.

- Hands-on experience with LangGraph.

- Experience with PostgreSQL and vector search.

- Strong understanding of AI agent architectures, evaluations, and observability.

- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.

- Familiarity with modern AI tooling and deployment best practices.

- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
